Mastermind Seminars help us and those around us to develop mastermind groups. What’s a mastermind group?

In a networking group, I give you a fish, and you give me a fish… and we both walk away happy… but our lives… our businesses really haven’t changed. Most likely we still own a job rather than owning a company.

The Simple Explanation . . .

Step 1 - A Group of Three

Step 1 – A group of three or more people get together and meet once a week for 30 minutes over the phone or maybe meet for breakfast to discover how the vast resources available through Mastermind Seminars and Legacy Partners could be used to help them with their business / community based organizations and raise awareness and money for a specific cause.

There are numerous resources available to assist in attracting to your group. Actually . . . in many ways too many. Use the ones you want to use and disregard the rest.

Getting three people to agree to this is fairly easy if you find the right people. Individuals who are innovative in how they think and approach their business. Sending an email or a short conversation sharing . . . “Hi _________, I am looking to put together a mastermind group of individuals who would work together to bring community organizations and businesses together to generate innovative opportunities for everyone and thought of you. Are you interested in meeting with few people to connect and talk about the possibilities?”

Depending on their response you may also want to ask them some questions: – “What would you say might be a few of the biggest challenges you’re facing in any area of your life?” – “Are there any causes that you are involved with, or that you might like to be involved with, to raise awareness and funds for, while also building your business?” – “If someone . . . anyone . . . could help you in any area of your career, business or life, what would you love help on?” Most people do not realize how many opportunities there are when we partner up community based organizations and businesses. Community based organizations, great causes, tend to attract people who are passionate, giving, connected and can have a fair amount of influence and financial wealth. The people connected to a great community cause know a lot of people in the community who often make great connections for businesses. When we learn to work together, it brings great benefit for all those who are involved. What if you had the mayor of your city behind you on this project because it brings massive economic activity to the community . . . how many people could you reach then? What if you had the executive director for the chamber of commerce, Presidents of banks, major companies, or community based organizations like Rotary International all out there promoting your Mastermind Seminar, what would that do for your group, your business or your community based organization?

Step 2 - Group of Seven

Step 2 – Group of Seven – Build from the original group of three committed individuals to include seven fully committed people to form a core group of seven individuals. These seven will meet weekly over the phone for 30 minutes and then once a month in person to go through a powerful process / system to assist each member to learn how to better leverage their networks and learn how to develop and install their own custom BOS – Business Operating System. This will empower them to earn more, work less, have less stress, and increase their overall life balance. Benefits To Attending Learn to . . . There are seven segments each month and ideally having one person lead up each of the seven insures buy in, give each individual ten minutes in front of the group, provides a great deal of diversity, energy, experience and perspective. Step 3 - Monthly 90 Minute Meetings

Monthly 90 Minute Meetings – Once a month meet with 30 minutes of Speed Networking and then one hour to cover six segments, with six different speakers who will all blow the minds of the attendees away. There are videos from other chapters who have completed each of these segments, so those doing the presentation are able to have training, resources, mentoring and a entire network of individuals who will assist them to get up to speed and do an amazing job. Once we have a committed group of seven individuals who are willing to commit to monthly to promote and attend each session, you are ready. What type of support do you receive? It’s really overwhelming, in a good way! You can view videos that other groups have done, connect with members of others chapters around the country, connect to support resources and volunteers through Life Masteries Institute. The marketing templates are ready for you. The website is developed, testimonies, training, support and a network of amazing people who will do everything within their power to assist you. How can all this be FREE? Life Masteries Institute, being a non profit organization doesn’t have to make a profit. The generous contributions, participation and financial gifts from those within the network enable all these resources to be provided to you, your network, your community all for no cost. There are groups all around the country and additional ones getting started all the time. Is this really possible? Most individuals don’t realize, how in some situations, it’s fairly easy! For example . . . “If you had 10 leads, with a lead being a name and a phone number, how many prospects would you convert to a client?” The average, for most businesses is 1 out of 10. Now . . . think about it. If you could convert just one more lead out of 10, you would double your income, without any additional leads, work, time or money. This is how important this topic is . . . if only individuals would realize the value of this topic . . . AND . . . would engage in a way of changing the way we think about prospects. This amazing event is focused on Area 2: Pre-Sales within The 5/30 Grid. We MUST first track 100% [Box 3] of our leads. Share With A Friend What would it mean to our business if we were to convert prospects FASTER?

What’s interesting . . . is that most business owners / leaders actually do not track their sales cycle . . . the number of days from when the lead is generated to when the lead closes. Whatever our sales cycle / number of days from lead generated to lead closed, if we were to cut it in half, we would probably double our income and reduce the hours we are investing. Why? Think about it . . . if we take three months to close a lead currently and we were to cut that in half, we would have half the costs for pursuing that lead and our sales closing ratio would probably go up as well.   Let’s think of Topic #2: Area 1 Marketing, as “just hard work.”  Let’s think of Topic #3: Area 2: Pre-Sales as “discipline.”  When we combine hard work and discipline there are some really cool things which happen.  Hard work plus discipline, over a period of time, when we Think Differently, we will develop a great deal of skill which is in large part, what Topic #4: Area 3: The Sale is all about. Learning how to identify someone’s personality in seconds, DNA for PEOPLE, will help us to know about that person in seconds more than they even know about themselves.  This helps us to convert prospects much faster. Combine that knowledge and skill with Box 4: Ask Key Questions and Box 8: Present Solutions, we create systems which continue to improve which will help us to close MORE prospects and do so FASTER!  Add in Box 13: Why Prospects are Lost and the other three boxes in Area 3: The Sale along with the other 23 boxes throughout the entire 5/30 Grid . . . and magic starts to happen. If we find ourselves or those around us not committed to really digging into this topic / event . . . it would be good to go back to Topic #1: The Value of Installing Systems.  We always will know if we succeeded in helping people deeply see the value to themselves personally . . . IF we/they dig in.  If we / others don’t, then we missed something valuable in Topic #1. In the book Good To Great, Jim Collins talks about great companies being Disciplined PEOPLE ~ Disciplined THINKERS and Disciplined in TAKING ACTION, in DOING! How are you and those around you doing in reading and applying the recommended white papers from the previous two topics?

  1. Wii-FM (What’s in it for me) white paper.
  2. Consistent & Committed (C&C) white paper.

If we and those around us didn’t take 10 minutes to read these short white papers one could make a pretty strong argument that there may be a lack of discipline . . . OR MAYBE . . . you / those around you do not “Trust The Integrity Of the System.” Obviously, we are free to trust the integrity of the system or not . . . it’s totally up to us.  Kind of seems silly to do something though if we don’t trust the integrity of the system . . . because most likely it won’t work.  If we don’t trust the system, don’t follow what is being directed for us to do . . . then don’t blame the system.  The Golf Pro Principle is a great Natural Law / DNA for LIFE which applies here.  As the golf pro said to Tom . . . “Tom, good news is, we know it’s not the clubs that are the issue.”  🙂 The next white paper to read is “Drive & Discipline Cubed.”  If we’ve read the first two white papers, we now know how to be selfishly selfish in everything we do AND we know how to be Consistent & Committed.  This is enough to see a certain degree of success . . . but not the success we’re fully capable of.  To make a Dimensional Jump in our income, relationships, business, professionally . . . or really any area of our life, we must learn to DRIVE things forward. How much money are you losing by not having systems in place for this area?

One company, doing less than three million a year in business, had their CFO analyze their previous 20 years of business and what do you think the CFO discovered on how much money they were losing due to NOT having systems in place for Area 5: Client For Life?
