12 Week Countdown ~ 30 CORE Roles
To achieve a targeted attendance of 180 powerful and amazing individuals, or whatever number your group decides you want to attend, having 30 committed CORE individuals is key to your success.
As a round number, figure that if you have 30 CORE individuals that you’ll get 15 people to attend your event for every week your core team commits to following through. What does this mean?
Well if you / your core team really kicks into gear 1 week before the event, you’ll probably have 15 people attend. If you really kick in 2 weeks before, you’ll have 30 people, 6 weeks = 90 people or 12 weeks you can figure you’ll have 180 people attend . . . IF . . . you all follow the system, just like in the fun movie Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory. Don’t use 50% of what is directed and expect 100% of the results. That’s not how real life works.
Step 1 ~ Watch Video / Learn Your Role
If you have not been assigned a role ask the individual who invited you to participate help you find the best role for you if there are any roles still open.
Now . . . you may not realize this . . . because of course you’re not like this . . . but just FYI . . . most people think they are very busy and don’t think they have much free time. It’s amazing how many people will whine for 15 minutes about how they don’t have 7 minutes to watch what their role’s responsibility is.
It’s equally amazing how most people, it seems, will then whine / have a lot of drama as to how they don’t have time to do the few things they need to do to help the event be amazing.
How do you deal with whiners? Hmmm, great question. Hopefully they have read this and will be more careful not to whine and take up their time and everyone else’s time. 🙂
Another strategy which will help is to have them take 15 minutes or so and watch The Secret About Time video and/or read the white paper. This will will help them think differently about time and stop their whining. 🙂
The key to really getting engaged and working hard for your role is to connect your role back into your Wii-FM. If we CLEARLY SEE the value we are gaining from engaging in our role . . . we will all fulfill our roles much better.
The larger our Wii-FM is, the more exciting it is, the more engaged we’ll be in our role. When we get 30 people all fully engaged, it’s crazy what will happen.
Step 2 ~ Wii-FM
Wii-FM stands for “What’s In It For Me?” What do you specifically want to gain as a result of attending the Mastermind Seminar event? Your Wii-FM should be MEASURABLE and have a DUE DATE. It’s pretty simple, but if would need additional instruction read the Wii-FM white paper.
Step 3 ~ Actions
Have you ever attended an event and not accomplished what you wanted to accomplish as a result of that event? Have you and/or those individuals around you ever set a goal and then not achieved it? Do you know why we don’t get what we want?
- We didn’t know what ACTIONS to DO to get what we WANT.
- We lack the DRIVE & Discipline D&D to do the right ACTIONS.
a. We lack C&C – Commitment & Consistent - We lack knowledge, D&D, C&C to build the network we need to have.
a. We do not know how to have Clear Communication C/C to draw others into our vision.
b. We are not Seekers of the Truth ~ Success through Self Vaporization
c. We do not seek to be the Best Students In The World
It’s EASY to come up with our Wii-FM it’s a whole new dimension to have the KNOWLEDGE and then to DO THE HARD WORK required to achieve our Wii-FM.
The larger our Wii-FM is the more actions required to achieve it. The more people we can help connect their Life Vision, their Wii-FM into our Life Vision, our Wii-FM and our Wii-FM / Life Vision into that of others the easier it is . . . as long as we have alignment with them. 🙂
There have been decades of work invested into the Mastermind Seminar workbook, yet most people will not do something as simple as getting it printed and bound and then working through it. If someone isn’t willing to do that, then probably a good indication they aren’t very serious about their Wii-FM.
Now . . . the ARRT ~ Atomic Ripple Reaction Team / Tree is a system to develop a very powerful network of people who will all align their minds together for the mutual benefits of everyone. When we become an ARRT Mentor to 2 ARRT Buddies and develop our 2 ARRT Buddies in the most amazing way . . . and help our 2 ARRT Buddies then develop 2 ARRT Buddies . . . and create an ARRT RIPPLE which grows in power and force with each new RIPPLE . . . well . . . we can do anything. Learn ARRT . . . Do ARRT and help others to do the same and you’ll achieve your Wii-FM plus MORE & you’ll help those around you do the same thing.
