There are 30 roles and your role is so very important to the overall success your Mastermind Seminar event. Once you get assigned a role then take a few minutes to study your role and watch a roughly 10 minute video. Make sure you manage / community Up/Out to your mentor and your two ARRT Buddies.

Reading Assignment
Are you looking to see success from this event, like you’ve never seen before? To do that . . . we need to learn to Think Differently. To Think Differently we need to read very specific white papers which will help us to consider ways of thinking that most people have never considered.
Think Differently Remember also to manage Up/Out on all white papers read.

Wii-FM stands for “What’s In It For Me?” What do you specifically want to gain as a result of attending the Mastermind Seminar event? Your Wii-FM should be measurable and have a due date.
Examples
“I will earn $110,000 more in income over the next 12 months.”
“I will earn $15,000 in income by 9/1/xxxx”
“I will grow my business by 10% over the next 6 months.”
Again, your Wii-FM needs to be measurable and have a due date / set period of time.
DO NOT make this more difficult than it is. Come up with a number and then a date. You can change it any time. 🙂 If you would like to know the science behind Wii-FM and the concept of selfless . . . selfishness, then check out this very cool white paper. It is optional.
Wii-FM White Paper You’ll probably not get what Jason and Melissa did from attending the event . . . but it’s a fun story . . . and shows that . . . anything is possible. 🙂
If you’re the “Type A” person, the type of person that loves to dig in and understand everything then the follow HOST workbooks will give you a deep behind the scenes look at what the HOST gets to see. It’s fun . . . for some people. 🙂 This is optional as well.
The HOST Workbook for Mastermind Seminars can be helpful to everyone. The Coffee Connection HOST Workbook can also be of great assistance as well.
Might be helpful to think of Mastermind Seminars as being a large event every six months and Coffee Connection and/or Mastermind 30 minute weekly conference calls as the system for follow up weekly.

7 minute Lesson Q&A – 23 minutes If we want our event to produce greater success for us than anything we have ever been to, then it’s probably common sense that we need to put more in . . . in order to get more out.
People who are not so smart . . . will not . . . “DO what they need to DO to get what they WANT.”
Now . . . comes, kind of, the hard part. We’re excited, motivated and inspired to achieve our Wii-FM, from attending the event . . . now we need to figure out what actions we need to take to achieve our goals. 🙂
We’re sure you’re not like a lot of people who kind of live in a fairy tale world and expect to have all these amazing things happen in your life, without you doing any of the work . . . are you? 🙂

That’s good! Now . . . what are the specific actions needed to achieve what you desire?
If you don’t know, talk to your ARRT mentor and ARRT Buddies. If they don’t know or you think their advice may not be the best :-(, then talk to someone else.

A great first step, would be . . . to ask them the following question: “With all the things you’ve got going in every area of your life, what would you say your biggest challenge may be?”
When they answer, then ask them . . . “Hmmm, that’s interesting, tell me more.”
7 minute Lesson Q&A – 23 minutes Once we get a great written plan on what we want to accomplish, then we need to time block daily or weekly the tasks that we need to do and work with our two ARRT buddies to help them do the same and then work together to make sure we all follow through.
The next white paper we need to read, study and then master is Drive & Discipline (D&D).
D&D White Paper Just like with C&C, most people think they are pretty driven and disciplined . . . but the TRUTH probably is that we do not have the D&D to accomplish our Wii-FM if it’s large enough.
With our two ARRT buddies and the entire core team of 30 people we can learn to be far more D&D than we are . . . and when we learn to Think Differently and do so quickly, that is when we will see success. 🙂
NOTE: If you are having challenges in keeping up with this then talk with one of the Young Entrepreneurs and they can probably help you out.
See . . . if we didn’t discover our life vision and aren’t working to live that each and every day, then we we probably don’t have the C&C and the the D&D which is required to achieve a BIG Wii-FM. 🙂

What’s interesting is that most people think they want what they say they want . . . but in reality, people are often in a fairy tale world and “want what they want, without paying the price” without doing the work.

What is “Success Through Self Vaporization?” See . . . we all tend to have idolatry . . . and what we mean by that is that we all think of ourselves in a way . . . that is somewhat true but not as true as we think it is. 🙂
We as human beings often think we are kind, giving, smart, compassionate considerate, experienced . . . and well . . . to be honest . . . we aren’t really.
Yes, we kind of are any of those but we’re not nearly as _________ we think we are.
When people tell us the truth about us we often get angry and upset and lash out at them in a defensive manner, which just kind of reinforces what others are sharing about us is actually far more true than we would like to think it is. 🙂
If we learn to SEE ourselves, to self vaporize . . . then we don’t have to have others do it for us and it’s better for everyone. 🙂
OK . . . we’ve now been through five white papers and registered 5 others to attend the event with us . . . or . . . have we?
Often, sad to say, we have not followed the system as it was designed to be run.
Again . . . if we don’t achieve our Wii-FM don’t blame someone else, take person ownership as that is something we can change while others who let us down, in many ways, we can not change that.

There are some things within Mastermind Seminars which are brain surgery or rocket science and/or take a lot of time, effort and energy . . . but nothing that we have been asked thus far to do.
When you think about this . . . it’s all be so very simple and easy and hasn’t taken much time to do it. If we haven’t started a Coffee Connection yet, then let’s do so. Set a day of the week and then a time and let’s get started. All we need is one other person to start a Coffee Connection.
